"This hotel is a disaster, several times we called security late at night because of rowdy guests, they never answered the phone. In the morning there was no hot water to take showers...the walls and floors/carpets were filthy."

"I had to return to the reservation three times before I was issued the correct room. After my first nights stay, I returned to my room after 5:30 p.m. and housekeeping had failed to clean my room. Housekeeping also left only decaf coffee in the room."
