[ 1 review(s) ] Thomas from Phoenix, AZ US stayed on July 26, 2004 "Dear Hampton Inn: On the last leg of our trip we had booked a room at the "Radisson" at the Cincinati Airport for one night for convenience for our flight home. It was like "Motel Hell". Entered room 2-3 lites didn't work, my wife almost scalded herself from the sink faucet, she bumped her head on the night stand in the middle of the night, trash in the closet, room was freezing when we got there and couldn't figure out the thermostat, no coffee till restaurant opened at 6:00, lite fixtures about ready to fall off the wall and the list goes on. We will never book another hotel than the Hampton Inn. We were treated most graciously from the maintenance man all the way up to the manager. Everyone was great. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Very well kept hotel. You will always be high on our list. Only one complaint my wife had was the flimsy ironing board (it tipped when she ironed). Other than that, Hampton Inn made our "Family Reunion" in Lima, Ohio a great one..Thank you for caring..... PS. I hope the Radisson sends me a survey....." Recommends the hotel to others? Yes
