"Apparently someone had stolen most of their washcloths; despite our repeated requests they kept giving us one washcloth for three people. This was quite annoying (they only had 50% occupancy). Several times housekeeping did not leave any new soap, but managed to take up the used soap bars (and the leftover unused soap bars)."
