"Hello,
We have stayed at this facility several times in the past seven years since our Daughter and her family moved to Washington state. One time we left a pillow by mistake and it was returned to us 6 months later with a smile and a mutual laugh!
This time, there seemed to be some sort of air polution evident outside of the hotel. The room was fine, however.
