"We were in town for the UCLA/Oregon football game to watch our son play and, having never been to Eugene, Oregon or the Oregon Duck's stadium, we were completely confused regarding directions. Enter "Jeri" (sp?), the desk clerk on the night shift. She not only gave us explicit directions to find the stadium but, AFTER the game, we became lost trying to find our way back to the hotel. We called the hotel desk from our cell phone and "Jeri" stayed on the phone with us and talked us back to the hotel, all the way into the parking lot! She also provided us with directions to the UCLA team hotel and gave us excellent suggestions as to restaurants. She was absolutely our life-saver for the week-end and was directly responsible for seeing that our trip was not disasterous but a complete pleasure. Her service to us was exemplary and reflected a very positive image for Hampton Inns.
