"The choice of colors, the smell as one walks along the isle is something that truly needs improvement. Green color is indeed gloomy. As an engineer who is really tired from a days work, I want to see bright colors that makes you a bit happy. The smell of rag is all over the place. Furthermore, an indoor swimming pool would be a good thing to add to the facility. The staff are indeed very helpfull."

"Maintenance of the rooms can be better. For example:
The bathtub stopper did not work and our little kid cannot take a tub bath in the first room we were checked in. We asked to change to another room. OK, the tub in the second room works well, however, the thermostat for the heatpump(HVAC) did not work properly. When we turned the heat on, it went on, but would not shut off even when temperature reached 100 degrees F. So, since it is Christmas time and there is no maintenance personnel in the building and we did not want to move again, I found the electrical panel board in the room and just turned off the breaker for the Heatpump when I wanted the heat to go off. It's a pain but we were there only three days and I can manage that.
I have another comment that may help the hotel owner: The weather in the Northwest is mostly wet, wintry and cold in the Winter and the Spring, sometime even in the Fall. I was very curious why the parking lot layout and the entrance drive are not more conveniently designed and constructed to help clients checking in without getting wet or having to dash from the parking stalls to the entrance, crossing a drive. Suggest that the owner construct a porte cochere and re stripe the parking lot and entrance drivewway so that we can park under the porte cohere to check in, unload our bags and not getting wet.
Last comment: The staff at the front desk and the housing keeping staff were very good and one great asset for the hotel. They were efficient, pleasant and responsive to our needs."
