"As a single female, I was disturbed that upon checking in, the attendent, while being very pleasent, announced my room number two times, and there were men close by who had been eyeing me quite intently. Had I not been joining another party already in that room, I'd have insisted on a new room assignment given to me only in writing. That's an extremely important safety issue of which your clerks should be aware.
One of the bedspreads was dirty, and we simply removed it rather than request replacement.
For three adults sharing a room, we were given exactly 3 sets of towels~ I would think it not unusual for at leaswt an additional set to be available, and did request more towels."
