When I returned, I presented the claim checks for the 2 bags. Then I had to wai nearly 15 minutes for "the right" person to open the check room and get my bags. That was frustrating as 4 or 5 people behind the desk weren't doing anything, but they weren't "the right person." Get your act together; help the guest. That's what I expect from the Westin.
