The Quelah Condos are part of a complex which offers two swimming pools, two championship golf courses, over 30 tennis courts, over 30 miles of paved biking/hiking trails, a marina with canoe rentals plus a full-service spa located 33 miles from Robert?s Field. Right in the middle of Central Oregon where the high desert meets the Cascade Mountains to form one of the most ideal recreation meccas under the sun, there lies an all-in-one vacation place, the resort area of Sunriver. Enjoy the mighty Deschutes River, golfing, and famous Mt. Bachelor ski resort. Nearby are over 50 shops and restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and Sunriver Resort Lodge. Resort amenities also include golf, hot tub, grills, ski rentals and ski storage.
The 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo holds a maximum of 6 people and utilizes for bedding 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Room amenities also include in-room internet access, in-room washer/dryer, fireplace, VCR and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. >p>Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
