Island House features one-level spacious condominiums, either on the first or second floor, located in the South Forest Beach area. Adjacent to Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and convenient to the shopping and dining of Coligny Plaza as well as grocery stores and only a short walk to the beach. Please note that there is a 95.00 cleaning fee collected upon booking. South Forest Beach is located outside the Sea Pines Resort back gate. It is distinguished by a pleasant mix of older beach homes, primary residences, and grand oceanfront mansions. It is convenient to bike paths, shopping, dining, as well as minutes away from golf, tennis, theater, and museums.
