"The desk attendant initially told me I was at the wrong hotel and that I would have to go to another Hampton Inn. I had a confirmation letter (which he was holding). I pointed out the address to him on the confirmation letter and he said, "Oh, ok." I thought he should have said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I was confused."
He also did not deduct my AAA discount which he promised he would do, and I had to ask the clerk the next morning to take that off my bill.
Otherwise, it was a comfortable, clean hotel."
