"After we left we as a family discussed the stay. We determined that you must have gotten your pool water from the river. It was stinky and green. We were ok with it though. I and my husband both grew up in the tropics and loved to play in the local creeks and rivers. The whirlpool on the other was in-excusable. it had black scum on it and the bubbles were incarastically brown. We have had better stays at less expensive hotels. We brought our 13 year old twins. they refer to the pool as the "turtle water" pool.
also, the beds were terribly stiff and uncomfortable. However, in your defence, Im sure you buy cheap and have fallen into the "stiff matrasses are good for you" routine. I usually wind up with a stiff back in the mornings after a stay at most hotel chains. The cheaper - usually the achier the back. The breakfast was what was good. Clean and easy for our kids to help themselves. I liked the location of your hotel in town. It was easy to find and well lit."
