"The hotel service was horrible. Our group had reserved the breakfast room for a get together and the hotel called the night before to cancel because they were double booked, even though we had reserved it 6 months prior. It was graduation weekend in a college town and one would expect them to know more about who was booked for what rooms. Then when we personally arrived we told them that we had a pet (as it was posted they were pet friendly) but we may be boarding her elsewhere. We decided to keep her with us and were forced to switch rooms, and forced to sign a waiver saying she had to be with one of us at all times, and that if she barked they would have the humane society come and take her. So much for pet friendly! Not to mention the extra $10 per night they charged us for having her. Overall we were extremely disappointed and no one in our families will EVER stay at this hotel again."
