"My major complaint against this hotel was its lack of an elevator. We were on the second level. I have health problems, also one of my room mates had vad knees this made our stay less than comfortable. If I had known before hand I would have requested a ground level when making my reservation.
Also in the room on the listing of TV channels was a note stating check out was noon when I ask the front desk I was told it check out was 11:00 a.m. and due to the fact the hotel was full no extensions would be granted. When you do policy changes it is very important to make sure everything is consistant.
I would recommend this hotel but would be sure to mention the lack of elevators, or escalators.
I would also mention the view was wonderful.

"Ice machine on second floor never worked. When asked houseman (?) said due to being all coolers being filled. No problem with one on first floor no matter what time went.
Would have been nice to have luggage holder in the room. Also so many now going to microvaves and refrigerators in rooms that if staying a plus.
Did like the inter net connection in the room.
One of the best views ever had for a hotel,motel. Nice and quiet."
