"We actually left and went to a different hotel because my partner disliked the place so much. it says new or renovated, but somehow the blankets looked like they had been used for 20 years. Everything in it was super cheap in a way that looked like things that i didn't think were used any more for building.
Our friends stayed there the next night and didn't mind the place. Although, they rarely stay at hotels, so they have less to compare.
Every conversation with a desk person about the reservations was extrememly confusing. They usually couldn't find the information on our reservations.
Also, I am really pissed that your website charged me five bucks per room per night just to reserve! I do not recall seeing that any where on the site when I gave my credit card information. It's on something I printed later, but not before my credit card. That is a total rip off. I have never used a website that required a payment just for its service. YOu should receive the payment from the hotel. I could have made the reservation directly with the hotel and saved my money. I also would have saved lots of time because your website was a pain. I do nearly all my shopping online and I give your reservation website a "poor" on your five item scale."
