The clerk in ways was not helpful, but what could he really do, Katrina evac were there, he had no where to move us to, Needs much improvements and much better customer service, we will not recommend or go back at this time!!!" Recommends the hotel to others? No Miguel from Estoril, PT stayed on October 27, 2003 "Hotel with average facilities and poor service. Very poor breakfast. In one day the coffee finished. Additionally, I did three phonecalls from the hotel and was (10 minutes in total, two of them on a saturday) and was charged 66.6 dollars!!!!!. The prices were not visible near the phone and I knew it would be more expensive than going to a public phone but not these outrageous amount. I complained but had no positive feedback. I was told by the manager there was a 13 dollar fee for each call charged by the phone company and the price for each minute was 4 dollas. Since there was no visible price, If the hotel had charged me the double I guess I would have to pay. But if there was a bisible price list, I WOULD NEVER had used the hotel phone."
