"Restaurant too small for the number of people. Long queues for dinner. Forced to eat outside (where there is not much choice).
Prefer lodge in the park."

"We appreciated the no extra cost upgrade to 2 rooms from family suite.
Very convenient to Bryce Canyon, so we could come and go during the day."

"Although when searching for hotels near Bryce Canyon it seems that Ruby's is the only one, there are other hotels. Not as close but still within easy reach of the park. If you like garish, in your face, tourist hotels this one is for you. If not avoid it at all cost. The food was terrible and service in the restaurant was non-existent."

"Excellent accommodations, right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon. Very good restaurant, very friendly and with a true "western" feeling. All prices (room, restaurant, services) relatively low and very fair."
