No linens for pull-out sofa, had to call for someone to find some; no knives in the kitchen; dreadful decor in main dining room; we waited an hour for our entrees (with three young kids) at dinner; no apologies, nothing. Just an awful place and terribly expensive for what we received." Recommends the hotel to others? No
