"Bathroom smelled like a urinal; bugs evidently live in the disposal/sink drain; sofa loaded with crumbs between cushions; needs paint; closet with vacuum in it stunk up our clothes -smelled like a dirty, wet dog; needs ceiling fans to circulate air, very stuffy! Employees very very nice... a saving grace."

Pico Condominiums 
Pico Condominiums is located approximately 10 miles from downtown Rutland and 53 miles from Burlington International Airport. Guests can walk or ski to the lifts. This location is also 25 miles from Woodstock, 45 miles from Manchester, and 81 miles from Albany.
Hotel amenities include the exercise room, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, hot tubs, and sauna. Free shuttle service is available to the other six mountains of Killington.
All rooms are condos and feature full kitchens.
