"This motel is buried in a conglomeration of strip malls and other businesses. It's not a great place to stay if you want proximity to Richmond or local tourist attractions. It's not a place I would necessarily go back to or recommend to anyone else. That said. It was less expensive than the other places in the area. We paid $75 after taxes, that still felt high. We weren't looking for luxury. We basically just slept there while we were in town for a conference. It was pretty clean the lobby and building in general looked a little dumpier than the room was but the room and bath were clean. This might be a good place to stay if you're in town on business. They had a microwave and small frig in the room in addition to a hair dryer, TV and cable. The one thing that bothered me more than anything was that the front desk was completely encased in glass. Reminded me of little gas stations that get robbed a lot. Uh.......guess it's good that they're security conscience. Just need a place to stay, it was fine. Looking for something nice, look further."
