"My room reeked of nicotine. I DID NOT request a smoking room and was surprised to find 3 ashtrays in my room. Is every room a smoking room? The smell of stale smoke was so overwhelming and disgusting that I found it hard to breathe and sleep.
I do a lot of business in Bothell. Next trip I will be sure to stay elsewhere."
