"We showed up early and were made to feel like it was an inconvenience because they had a full weekend. Had to go spend time in town and come back because they wouldn't let us in until 3:00 although we already had a reservation set up. Thought they were in business to make money and surprised that they turned us away when we showed up early.
A fight broke out above us in the middle of the night and we were frustrated at trying to call the desk as we go no answer.
Customer Service needs improving to make people feel more welcome."

"When I arrived at the hotel, they did not have my reservation and did not have a room available. After presenting my confirmation information, they were able to find my reservation, which had been entered incorrectly for a different date. Fortunately, my room was also booked for the date I arrived. The main reason I booked this particular hotel was because it had a pool and I was bringing three children that planned to swim. The pool was not functioning due to the heat pump not functioning. We were disappointed but did not have another place to stay."
