I couldn't believe my ears or eyes because they didn't even stop when I walked up! Can you imagine?? I was treated rudely by 2 different staff members at check in. The customer service is HORRIBLE and I have worked at a front desk before at a hotel in the past. I would have never guessed that the price was as high as it was for a very disappointing stay. I even tried to switch hotels but all others were sold out. I had very poor service. Please make a note of it! DLF" Recommends the hotel to others? No
