Yes Judy from Aloha, OR US stayed on July 18, 2004 "We've stayed at the Comfort Inn several times and the last time we stayed there in June of 2004, we repoted that the video game in the room was not working. We recently stayed there in July 2004 (we had the same room number) and the video game had not been repaired. Not really a big deal for me but my son was dissapointed." Yes Daphney from Victoria, BC CA stayed on July 10, 2004 "- when I made reservations via 1-800 # they did not ask if I wanted a non-smoking room - was in a non-smoking the first night and then had to be moved to a smoking room for the 2nd night. Channel changer did not work, could not get anyone who knew how to program it to fix it, the lights on the wall behind the bed did not work, had to screw and unscrew to make them work. Room was marginally clean, staff was scruffy and RUDE. Was not pleased at all." Recommends the hotel to others? No
