"Front desk staff was very helpful. When the A/C in our room was not functioning we were moved to another room right away. Room was clean and comfortable."

"You need to ask customer if they want smoking or non smoking on the reservation page on-line. The computer put us in a smoking room and we couldn't change rooms because the hotel was full. We were very uncomfortable in the stinky room."
