"The staff were extremely helpful, whether in the restaurant, shop, front desk, or pool. A stale odor permeated the restaurant. However, the food was very good. The location had much to be desired. Peering outside left one with a sense of unsafe surroundings. Homeless diggng in trash bins and sleeping on benches. Sightseeing & dining out was reserved for daylight hours. The area is not a place to be walking through to get to the sights. I would probably book a stay elsewhere next time."

"The 18% tip included in the hotel restaurant's bill was not worth it since the service was slow. The hotel staff was friendly. However, the surroundings outside was quite scary for my young children (8-11) since it was dirty, but the police had a mini station at a nearby 7-11 which calmed us. The city should build a pedestrian's overpass since traffic is busy when walking to the Metro. If you're traveling with young children, it would be better to stay somewhere else."

"Would recommend it with caveats.
When I arrived there seemed to be staff everywhere, but only 1 person on reception & he was tied up with a difficult query for some ten minutes."
