"I have stayed at the Best Western in Appleton, three or four times in the last few weeks. I only had one bad experience. One of the nights I was put in a room that could not pick up the internet. The internet is very important to me and my work, and it was very frustrating to have to go down to the pool to get access. I told the front desk, but they indicated there was nothing to be done (even though I know, I could have been offered a poolside room where the internet always works fine)"
