"Granted, Friday night was Halloween, but there were people partying in the hallway until 4:00 a.m.
We got up and went shopping on Saturday, came back at 1:15 and our room hadn't been touched. We ended up wasting 2 hours and $50 in the bar, went back to our room at 3:15 and it STILL wasn't done and we had to start getting ready. We just asked the maid for more towels. What a disappointment.
