"We stayed at the hotel for almost three weeks while waiting for our adopted child. The hotel staff were very friendly and they made our wait more comfortable. The breakfast and the laundry were very convenient for our long stay. Every request that we made was answered in a fast and friendly manner. The hotel staff even bought us gifts for our new baby when she finally arrived. We felt like family."
